Celebration of Founder’s Day and Earth Day. (2025-04-22)

On the 22nd April, Dr Virendra Swarup Public School, Civil Lines commemorated two significant occasions—Founder’s Day and Earth Day—with enthusiasm, and creativity. The day was a perfect blend of tribute, gratitude, and environmental awareness, beautifully presented by students across various classes. The celebration began with a floral tribute to the visionary founder of our institution, Dr. Ragendra Swarup, whose ideals and commitment to quality education continue to inspire generations. In connection with Earth Day, the assembly took a thoughtful turn towards environmental consciousness. Primary students stole the show with a charming dance performance dedicated to Mother Earth, spreading the message of sustainability and respect for nature. A powerful recitation of the original poem “The Voice of the Earth,” echoed the urgent call to protect and preserve our planet. Our respected Principal Ma’am, addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech that emphasized the importance of carrying forward the founder’s legacy through academic excellence and responsible citizenship while urging students to adopt eco-friendly habits in their daily lives. The dual celebration not only instilled a sense of pride in the school’s heritage but also deepened the students’ commitment to safeguarding the environment.
